The purpose of the privacy policy is to provide the individual with information on the purpose, scope, protection and term of processing of personal data during the acquisition and processing of data.

When cooperating with SIA Multi Sensors, a person may be required to provide personal information, including name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address. The information is necessary to ensure direct cooperation - order processing, delivery and settlement administration and / or the establishment and maintenance of employment relationships. Purposes of personal data processing

Multi Sensors processes personal data for the following purposes:

o preparation and signing of the contract and / or invoice;

SIA Multi Sensors processes personal data using the possibilities of modern technologies, taking into account the existing privacy risks and available organizational, financial and technical resources.

Personal data may be transferred to trusted service partners who provide specific services, such as resource planning system providers, security and safety services.

Categories of recipients of personal data

SIA Multi Sensors does not disclose personal data to third parties or any information obtained during the cooperation, except for:

o if the relevant third party has to transfer data within the concluded contract to perform any function necessary for the performance of the contract or delegated by law (for example, to the bank within settlement, courier service for order delivery outside SIA Multi Sensors delivery area, resource planning system operator for data storage and processing );

Duration of personal data storage

SIA Multi Sensors stores and processes personal data as long as at least one of the following criteria exists:

o while SIA Multi Sensors or a person may realize their legitimate interests (for example, submit objections or bring or bring an action in court) in accordance with the procedures specified in external regulatory enactments;

o as long as one of the parties has a legal obligation to retain the data;

o as long as the person's consent to the relevant processing of personal data is valid, unless there is another legal basis for the processing.

After the above circumstances cease, the personal data is archived, deleted or erased.

Access to personal data and other personal rights

A person has the right to receive the information specified in regulatory enactments in connection with the processing of his or her data.

In accordance with regulatory enactments, a person also has the right to request access to SIA Multi Sensors' personal data, as well as to request their supplementation, correction or deletion, or restriction of processing in relation to the person, or the right to object to processing (including processing of personal data based on the legal (legitimate) interests of SIA Multi Sensors), as well as the right to data portability. This right shall be exercised insofar as the processing of data does not arise from the obligations of SIA Multi Sensors, which are imposed on it by the applicable regulatory enactments and which are performed in the public interest.

A person may submit a request for the exercise of his or her rights:

o in writing in person at the office of SIA Multi Sensors, presenting an identity document;

o in the form of electronic mail, signing with a secure electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a person's request for the exercise of his / her rights, SIA Multi Sensors verifies the person's identity, evaluates the request and executes it in accordance with regulatory enactments.

SIA Multi Sensors sends the answer to the person by post to the contact address indicated by him in a registered letter or e-mail, taking into account, as far as possible, the type of receipt indicated by the person.

SIA Multi Sensors ensures the fulfillment of data processing and protection requirements in accordance with regulatory enactments and in case of personal objections performs useful actions to resolve the objection. However, if this fails, the person has the right to apply to the supervisory authority - the Data State Inspectorate.

Communication on the fulfillment of service contractual obligations is performed by SIA Multi Sensors on the basis of the concluded contract and / or the issued invoice (for example, coordination of service delivery or changes, information on invoices, etc.).

In order to provide a person with information about current offers and news that may be of interest to a person, SIA Multi Sensors may use personal data in marketing and communication activities. A person may at any time opt out of receiving these promotional items in any of the following ways:
